SIZE INCORRECT
If the product does not fit you right, it can be replaced with desired size or can be exchanged with different product or store credits can be provided.
Custom products cannot be returned/refund/exchanged/store credited.
If the product purchased on sale has a size issue then it can be exchanged with the correct size once, the delivery charges will be on customer.
DAMAGE
If the product received is damage, you can mail us within 24 hrs of product delivered at litofficialsales@gmail.com. It will only be accepted if it has tags attached. If the following conditions are full-filled then an request can be raised of exchange/store credits.
CHANGE YOUR MIND
If in any case you change your mind and don’t want to keep the product, you can mail a request within 24 hrs of product delivery. You can get product exchanged with another product or have store credit against it.
PRODUCT DELIVERED WRONG
If you receive a different product then you can mail us within 24 hrs of the product delivery. We will make sure to deliver the right one.

PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN:
To make an exchange/return, mail us at litofficialsales@gmail.com mentioning the order no. and reason for the return. Returns will be accepted within the 14 days of delivery date.
Once the request is accepted, courier pickup will be arranged within 3/4 business days . Shipping charges Rs200 will be deducted from the store credit amount of the customer.
After qualifying the quality inspection, the store credits will be provided within 2-3 business days. Validity of the store credits is 6 months from the date issue.
You can place a new order using store credits.
